Welcome to Neoline Logic. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://neolinelogic.com (the “Service”), mobile services, and any associated services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • Company, We, Us, Our: Neoline Logic (Commercial Market 16‑D DHA, EME, Sector, Lahore, 54000, Pakistan).
  • You, Your, User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
  • Content: All materials, data, text, graphics, software, or any other information provided through the Service.
  • Service Providers: Third-party individuals or companies providing services on our behalf.
  • Affiliates: Entities under common control with the Company.

5. Service & Project Workflow

5.1 Requirements Gathering
Prior to starting any project, We will schedule a consultation to gather Your detailed requirements—scope, objectives, deliverables, timeline, and budget.

5.2 Proposal & Approval
Based on those requirements, We will prepare and share a written proposal outlining the project scope, specifications, deliverables, timeline, and total cost. The proposal must be approved in writing before work begins.

5.3 Advance Payment
We require a 50% advance payment of the total project cost after the proposal is accepted and before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, prior to final delivery.

5.4 Execution, Delivery & Support
After receiving the advance, We commence work according to the project plan. Once the project is complete and approved, You are required to pay the remaining 50% before final files, assets, or source code are delivered. Post‑delivery support and revisions will be managed according to our support policy.

6. Payments & Fees

All fees are quoted in the currency specified in the proposal. Advance payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify fees or payment terms in future proposals with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of project deliverables transfers to You, except for pre-existing Company-owned materials, third-party licenses, or open-source components. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose Your information.

9. Disclaimers & Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neoline Logic and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability arising from these Terms and conditions will not exceed the amount You paid to Us in the preceding 12 months under the applicable project.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service or ongoing work at any time for breach of Terms and conditions , wrongful acts, or non-payment, with or without notice. Upon termination, unpaid amounts become immediately due and payable.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Lahore under the Arbitration Act. You waive rights to class action or jury trials.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and conditions at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated via email or posting on our Service. Continued use means acceptance of revisions.

14. Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited only to the minimum extent necessary, and remaining provisions will continue in full force.

15. Entire Agreement

Together with our Privacy Policy and any purchase agreements or proposals, these Terms constitute the entire understanding between You and Neoline Logic regarding the Service.
